Highlights

Homeowners Delinquent on Dues

10 homeowners have not paid dues for this year.
The board has either sent them to collections and/or will be placing a lien on the home.
For those homes in excessive delinquency, we will start filing foreclosures on the home (lien).

ARC Requests

Reminder to residents to submit ARC requests, even if you aren’t sure if it needs one.
Only items submitted and approved can be installed.
The ARC committee will be following up on approved requests to make sure only the approved work was done.

Grounds/Property

Getting estimates for signage (Residents only, No swimming,etc.) to remove the liability if someone from outside the neighborhood is injured.
The playground will be overseeded this fall.

Trampoline Enforcement

Since trampolines are banned in the CCRs, the board has decided to begin enforcement to protect the community against liability for property damage.

A single streamline form for concerns, questions or to report violations.

Submit Architectural Requests using our online portal for quick and easy approvals.

These forms go directly to our property management company and notifies the board members at the same time!

You have a right to know! Stay in the loop on all HOA business by reviewing the notes from each meeting.

Community Facebook Page

The community Facebook page is a popular place to share tips, offer or ask for help, give away or sell items, and get to know each other!

Have an issue? Management does not monitor the chat, so it's best to use the form to get results.
